The O'Connor House is located in the downtown of historic Deseronto, between Belleville and Kingston along the 401 corridor. 

Coming from Belleville and Toronto... Take exit 566 from Hwy 401 and head south on Hwy 49; turn left onto Bayshore Road (which becomes Main Street in Deseronto).

Coming from Kingston... Take exit 570 from Hwy 401 and head south; turn right on Hwy 2; turn left at First Street; turn right on Main Street

Coming from Prince Edward County... Travel north on Hwy 49 from Picton; turn right on Bayshore Road (which becomes Main Street in Deseronto).
